The AGSC presents Composer to Composer, a series of interviews featuring some of Australia’s most talented and award-winning screen composers, in conversation with their peers. Join Caitlin Yeo and Bryony Marks as they dive deep into the secrets and successes of working as screen composers in Australia. Caitlin Yeo is a multi-award-winning composer, acclaimed for her signature style emerging from a fascination with music from different cultures and 20th century form. Yeo has recently composed the music ‘Ms Represented‘, currently streaming on ABCiview, and was awarded ‘Feature Film Score of the Year’ and ‘Best Soundtrack Album’ for her score for Priscilla Cameron’s The Butterfly Tree. Bryony Marks is one of Australia’s best and brightest screen composers, sought after for her classical flair and insider’s perspective. A multi-award-winner, including ‘Best Original Score in a Documentary’ for her work on Damon Gameu’s 2040 and ‘Best Original Score in Television’ for Lambs of God (2019 AACTA) , Marks has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share.
